Hi everyone! We're absolutely thrilled to share that Lou Z is joining our design team! Lou will begin creating with us on February 1st so get ready to see some awesome projects! Please give her a warm welcome and be sure to visit her blog, JemLou Productions, and leave her some love!
Without further ado, here's Lou...
I'm mother to a beautiful girl (nearly 14) and handsome boy (11-1/2) and wife to a loving and supportive husband. I have been crafting since I was a girl, but it really took off when I was living in the States and wanted some "cheap" gifts - so I started collecting crafting materials and tools. I got into digital scrapbooking in Germany just before our little boy was born and documented the first two years of his life, including the rest of the family. We started a family website and so all the blogging on there is about the family and what we are doing (it desperately needs some attention, and I am going to try and get the kids involved this year)! When we finally moved back down to Australia, all the craft stuff had travelled from the States to Australia via Germany - so then I got into making cards and colouring with Copics and other mediums. I started my card shop on Etsy in 2011. I enjoy colouring (I have been a member of Kit and Clowder's monthly classes since the beginning) and trying to use my stash, although I am still collecting (lots of Power Poppy stamps and La-La Land Crafts stamps and dies!) and I need to start listing some items on my shop!
I am on the Winter Wonderland and Lil Patch of Crafty Friends DTs, and Colour Crazy as an extended guest DT member. I have also been on the creative team of Weeds and Wildflowers Designs which was a digital scrapbooking company. I was also on the Merry Christmas Challenge DT and the Not Just Cards DT.
I post on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/JemLouProducts/ and need to get my Instagram up and going. I also have Pinterest - https://www.pinterest.com.au/jemlouproducts/ but it needs an update!
Welcome aboard, Lou! We're delighted to call you teammie, and we look forward to lots of Christmas crafting with you!
Hugs,
Leslie & the DT
