Welcome, Rachelle!

Hi everyone! I've popped in this morning to share some awesome news! Please join us in welcoming Rachelle to our design team! She's super talented so be sure to visit her blog Red Cre8s - we know you're going to love her work as much as we do! Some of you may already know her from 'seeing' her around Blogland!

Without further ado, here's Rachelle...

Hi there! My name is Rachelle “Red” Oltean and I am a retired graphic designer who created wallpaper, fabric and gift-wrap patterns for many years. I began papercrafting about 20 years ago and soon became an avid card maker - I love the design possibilities in this small platform. I just started blogging in 2018 ( Red Cre8s ) and have enjoyed getting to know lots of folks through social media and design teams. I like DT work because it stretches me to create projects that are a bit outside of my comfort zone and have learned a lot of new techniques and tricks from my fellow crafters! 

My husband and I have been married for 33 years and we love traveling, wine tasting, hiking, camping, tackling DIY projects and volunteering in our community. We lived in Ohio for most of our lives and just relocated to North Carolina 7 years ago; we love the weather, our neighborhood and everything there is to do here! 

I’m so excited to be joining the Merry Little Christmas Team!
