A huge welcome to the brand spankin' new
Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog! I'm so excited that you're here and hope you're ready to play with us! I promise lots of Christmas fun all year long! Please grab our badge and link back here to help spread the word! :)
This new challenge blog is geared toward ALL types of Christmas crafts - cards, tags, ATCs, scrapbook layouts, mixed media, altered items (boxes, tins, etc.), 3-D projects and even knitting, crocheting and quilting if that's your thing! All of our challenges will be
Anything Christmas Goes!
Our challenges will begin at 6:00 AM EST on the 1st of each month and will run until 6:00 PM on the last day of the month. Winners and Top Picks for each challenge will be chosen by our Design Team and announced on the 5th of the month following the end of the challenge. Our first challenge is scheduled for September 1st.
[UPDATE: Since the team came together so quickly, we'll launch our first challenge on August 1st!] We will not solicit sponsorship so we'll play for *FUN* -- Winner and Top Pick badges. And there may be an occasional goody bag of craft supplies thrown in by me, or some blog candy scattered for a lucky winner!

Now, on to the DT call...
I need some talented design team members who love Christmas! I'd love to have a team with diverse crafting experience, however, design team experience is not a requirement!
Some of the benefits of joining our team...
- There are no limitations here - create whatever Christmas craft your heart desires using your own products from your stash!
- Your blog URL will be placed on our Design Team page and on our right sidebar!
- Your DT inspiration projects will be showcased on our blog each month and in our Facebook Photos... a great advertisement for your awesome artwork!
- An organized team function - I do all the work so you can concentrate on creating your amazing projects!
And here's what we'll need from you...
- One Christmas project per month, to be posted on the 1st of the month.
- Good photos of your projects uploaded at least 2 days prior to the start of each monthly challenge.
- An active blog where you showcase your DT inspiration projects and link to our challenges. Sharing our challenges and your DT inspiration projects on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest would be awesome but not required. :)
- The ability to belong to a 'Secret' design team group on Facebook.
- Comment on challenge entries and leave some merry little love for your fellow teammates.
- Vote on Winners & Top Picks after each challenge.
- Positive team spirit and willingness to promote our challenges.
